Terms and Conditions
A deposit is required to reserve date and time of service. All deposits made to artist are NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid by the agreed upon or specified due date. Deposits are not transferable. No deposit, No appointment. If client wants to keep appointment a penalty fee with be added to total charge.
A travel charge may be applied to total payment if client is requesting service outside of the service area (30 miles or more). Client is responsible for any tolls, parking fees, and/or room and board (if applicable) that may accrue while travelling to the designated locations.
All travel fees will be included in the final payment.
Cancellations / Lateness
In the unfortunate event that the client chooses to cancel a scheduled appointment less than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date of service, client will lose any payments made to the artist and will be charged a $10 cancellation fee for a new appointment.
In the event that the client chooses to cancel a scheduled appointment within a reasonable time frame (2 weeks or more prior to the scheduled date), client is entitled to a refunded of any payments made to the artist, excluding any deposits made; as deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
After any service cancellation client will, from this point forward, have no further liability to Artist.
In the event that the Client is late for their appointment by 20 minutes or more the appointment will either:
a) Be cancelled at the artist discretion with NO REFUND.
b) Be carried out at the artists’ discretion with a $10 late fee applied.
